Day 2

Well, it's official. I'm out of shape, badly. Did plyo and could barely get to the halfway mark without feeling sick and lightheaded.

I'll make it up tomorrow! Still feel GREAT! A lot more energy.

Entire Routine, Day 1

Well, finished my first full workout, chest and back. I feel kinda sick because I didn't let my food settle. Pretty much just ate, responded to a message on a dating site, pressed play. Probably about 10 minutes in between.

I feel honestly great! My vascularity is coming back. I can feel myself getting stronger, my butt is sore (good thing because I have a flat butt and I want a nice one that kinda sticks out just a bit Razz), my legs are horrendously sore and stiff.

Day 3

Did legs and back today, my legs feel like jello! I'm gonna be sore tomorrow! It's great!

Next Update will be full on workout. I will start the full program.

Looking forward to it, I feel great just after doing just the weights parts.

Day 2

Man, my entire upper body is sore even though I only did Chest and Back! It feels great to be this sore, though!

Day 2 is Shoulders, Bis, Tris. My arms feel like jello and it's hard to type this! HAHA!

Motivation is very high due to the New Years resolution I made. This is actually the first time in my 22 years on this planet I've made a New Years resolution.

Looking forward to Day 3

Day 1

I've decided to take a introductory approach to this program.

I'm only doing half of the DVD exercises a day for the first week to get my body accustomed to working this hard once again. Only going to do the weight programs. No abs, no cardio. I don't want to burn myself out before I get started.

Day 1, even only doing half, was intense. I feel great afterward, though! I know I'm gonna love this!

My goals

In high school, I was a very big dude. I played football and even had a few colleges looking at me. Well, that didn't turn out how I wanted it. At graduation in 2005 I weighed in at almost 320lbs! Now, I am very tall at 6'6" and I was lifting weights 5 days a week. Of course, I had no clue as to what I wanted to accomplish in my weight lifting. I knew I wanted to get in shape and stronger. I had no idea how to go about it, though.

Well, over the course of about one and a half years, I managed to drop a little over 100lbs! I did this somewhat unhealthily, though. I still worked out, but it was scattered out and I ate maybe once or twice a day. I lost fat and muscle and muscle tone. So, I felt much better about my body and how I felt, but I still didn't feel GREAT!

I saw P90X advertised on TV about a year ago. I put off buying, and put it off, and put it off. Finally, I bought!

Now, join me in my journey to better myself physically!

Hello!

As a P90X student, I want to do everything in my power to keep myself motivated. I am now starting a daily journal to track my progress.

I will upload pictures of my progress every month.

I look forward to hearing and helping those who wish to start, or are currently doing, P90X.

This is a great program!
